Our ceramics are handcrafted, so small variations in colour, glaze and size are natural and are part of each piece's character rather than a defect.
All prices shown are approximate and indicative. A final price is confirmed in writing before any order is completed. We reserve the right to correct obvious errors.
We accept major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and Apple Pay. Ownership of goods passes to you once payment is received in full.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

We want your ceramics to reach you safely. This policy explains how we prepare and send orders.
Every order is wrapped to protect fragile edges and rims, using cushioned materials suited to ceramics.
Delivery costs depend on the size and weight of your order and the destination. The cost is confirmed before your order is finalised.
Where the carrier provides tracking, we share the tracking details by email once your order is dispatched.

If something is not right with your order, we are here to help. This policy sets out how returns and refunds work.
As an EU consumer you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it. Items should be returned unused and in their original condition where possible.
If a piece arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or a refund.
Once we receive and check the returned item, we process the refund to your original payment method, usually within 14 days.
